Lug Width Guide

Make sure to measure the lug width of your watch and select the appropriate size. Some watches have non-standard lug widths, such as 19.5mm. If that is the case, please contact us so we can arrange a custom order for you.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be canceled and returned within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the package is unopened and the security seal remains intact. Since all straps are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once the package has been opened.
