WATCHES

We stand behind the quality of our watches with a robust warranty designed to give you peace of mind. Every watch comes with a two-year warranty on the movement, starting from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects that affect the movement’s performance—because we know how much you rely on precision.

For other parts of the watch, like the case, crystal, or straps, we’ve got you covered too. If you spot any manufacturing defects in these components, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your watch. We’ll take it from there to make things right.

What’s Covered:

    • Manufacturing defects in the movement (up to two years).
    • Manufacturing defects in other components (reported within 30 days of receipt).

What’s Not Covered:

    • Damage from misuse, water exposure, or accidental impacts.

Have an issue? Submit your claim with proof of purchase, and we’ll handle it promptly—either by repairing or replacing the watch at our discretion. You’ll cover shipping to us, but we’ll take care of the return shipping once the issue is resolved. If it turns out the problem isn’t warranty-related, we’ll let you know about any repair costs and return shipping fees upfront. Our goal? To keep your watch ticking perfectly.

XELTIX STRAPS

Your leather straps are crafted with care, and we back them with a 30-day limited warranty to ensure you’re thrilled with your purchase. This warranty kicks in from the day you buy and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship—think stitching or leather quality issues that shouldn’t be there.

Spot something off? Just report it to us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll sort it out, whether that means a repair or a replacement (our call). We’ll need your proof of purchase to get started.

What’s Covered:

    • Manufacturing defects affecting the strap’s materials or craftsmanship (reported within 30 days).
    • The glue that holds the core of the strap is warranted for 6 months, provided it has not been torn due to heavy use.

What’s Not Covered:

    • Normal wear and tear, water damage, improper use, or accidents.

If there’s a warranty issue, send it our way (you handle shipping to us), and we’ll cover the return shipping once it’s fixed. If the fault isn’t covered, we’ll let you know about any repair charges and return shipping costs.

We’re here to make sure your strap looks and feels as good as it should.

Beyond the Warranty – We've Got You Covered

We believe in long-term care for your strap. If your issue falls outside the warranty, don’t worry—we can usually fix it. We don’t overcharge for repairs—just send in your strap, and we’ll take care of whatever needs to be done at a fair cost.

We’re here to make sure your strap looks and feels as good as it should.
